The New Harmony Inn Resort offers four historical guest houses, with private gardens. Guests have full use of hotel amenities including the seasonal indoor pool with glassed-in walls and ceiling to see our beautiful outside landscape and lake, walking trails, tennis courts, fitness center, hot tub, and the lovely landscaped grounds of the New Harmony Inn Resort.

The Orchard House

Built in 1860, the Orchard House is considered to be the gem of the New Harmony Inn guest houses. This two-story, wood-frame home features a fully stocked kitchen, four bedrooms: 2 Kings, and 2 queen size beds with private baths and each bedroom are lockable rooms. There is a parlor with a fireplace, study, dining room and private outdoor patio. The Orchard House is located within convenient walking distance from the Roofless Church, Historic New Harmony and Cathedral Labyrinth.

1840 Garden House

The beautiful and quaint 1840 Garden House is tastefully decorated and sits among beautiful gardens and a short walk to the Roofless Church, Carol’s Garden and Historic New Harmony Visitors Center. This house features one queen bed, one full bath, a parlor with fireplace, cable TV, full kitchen, and screened-in back porch. This home is located adjacent to the Roofless Church and the Sarah Campbell Blaffer Pottery Studio. The quiet and peacefulness of the surroundings creates a perfect getaway location.

The Duclos House

The Duclos House was built in the 1840’s by Pierre Duclos, one of the young passengers on the “Boatload of Knowledge” that brought William McClure, Robert Owen, the Owen sons, Thomas Say, Charles-Alexandre Lesueur and other famous scientists and educators to New Harmony in 1825.

A popular accommodation for guests of the New Harmony Inn, this historic house has a living room with a fireplace, cable T.V., study area, dining room, kitchen, a front porch with a swing, a patio off the back of the house and is surrounded by gardens. The house has two bedrooms; one features a queen bed, walk-in closet and full bath. The other room features a twin bed with bath.

The Duclos House sits in the middle of the New Harmony Inn property, next to the Red Geranium Restaurant and within walking distance of the Roofless Church, Carol’s Garden, Our Lord’s Woods, and the shopping area on Church and South Main Streets.

New Harmony House

Newly renovated! Located on North Street, the New Harmony House is a modern guesthouse built using renewable and recycled materials. This accommodation features a two bedroom (one bedroom has office space) and 1 full bath and another 1/2 bath, open floor-plan kitchen and living room, laundry facilities, and outdoor patio access. Wireless internet access is complimentary Ideal for multi-night retreats or just a weekend get-away, the New Harmony House is perfectly appointed to help the guest find their vision of Utopia. Pets are not accepted in this accommodation.
