What time is check-in and checkout?

Check-in time is from 4:00 P.M to 11:00 P.M. The registration desk is open from 7:00 A.M to 11:00 P.M. CST daily. If your arrival will be after 11:00 P.M, please call 1-812-781-0732 for check-in assistance.

New Harmony, Indiana is on Central Time.

Do you accept discounts for our stay at the Inn?

Room Discounts: We accept AARP/AAA, and offer a Military and Government discount. You must show your ID and membership card UPON ARRIVAL (not at check-out) in order for the discount to be applied to your stay. Keep in mind, your membership must be current and in your possession at check-in. Thank you for understanding our discount policy.

Do you have Electric Car Charging Stations on the property?

Yes, we have two car charging stations on our grounds. One is located at the Conference Center parking lot and the other is located at Riverbend Parking lot. You must have your own cord, as we do not provide those. This is a free service offered to our guests of the New Harmony Inn Resort.

How old do I need to be to book a room at the New Harmony Inn?

21 years old and we require a photo state issued ID.

What do I need to check-in?

We require a photo state issued ID proving you are at least 21 years old and an a valid credit card in your name or business name you represent.

What type of credit cards do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

All early and/or late check-out time requests must be approved from our Registration Desk before arrival. Please call us at 1-812-682-4431 or toll free 1-800-782-8605.

Are all guest rooms non-smoking?

Yes. However, smoking is permitted in designated outside areas only.

What is the cancellation policy for a hotel room?

If you need to cancel your room reservation(s), please contact us 48 hours prior to date of arrival by 4:00 pm. If you cancel your room reservation(s) after the 48 hour deadline, you forfeit the deposit to hold your room(s).

Do you offer Internet services in guest rooms?

All guest rooms and common areas are equipped with hi-speed WiFi.

What if I need copies while staying at the Inn?

The Front Desk will be happy to copy up to 10 copies for free. If you need additional copies, then the price will be .15 cents for black and white per page, and .25 cents for color per page.

Are pets allowed at the New Harmony Inn Resort?

Of course! The New Harmony Inn Resort is a pet friendly hotel. Being pet lovers ourselves we understand “little furry companions” like to travel too! We have a pet policy we need for you to read and upon arrival you will be ask to sign our pet policy contract. Please read our pet policy and if you have any questions please contact us.

Can you provide driving directions to New Harmony, Indiana?

Do you offer shuttle service to Evansville Regional Airport?

Shuttle service is available to and from the Dress Regional Airport in Evansville Indiana. Driving directions to the Inn from the airport. Please contact us to make arrangements at 812-682-4431 ext. 6190 – View driving directions to the New Harmony Inn from the airport.

Do you have a restaurant?

Glad you ask! The award-winning Red Geranium Restaurant is part of the hotel and about a two minute walk from your room. Book a table and view hours of operation.

I left something at your place, how can I get it shipped to me?

Call us at 812-682-4431 and describe what you have left behind and we will check our lost and found inventory. Shipping cost will be your responsibility once we find your item(s).
